Quality:

Soft Strips should be tempered before use as follows:
1. Heat for 5 minutes at 820° C
2. Quench in oil
3. Leave to heat for an hour at 400 °C for RC 48 or for hardness of 1630N/mm²
4. Air cooled
The strips can be delivered in any length without incurring delay, if this should be required.

Sales are subject to the following conditions. Any other conditions which may be requested need to be approved by us in advance.
2.
The prices stated are net prices and are quoted ex warehhouse. The method of transport is left up to our discretion, unless otherwise prescribed by the customer. Delivery costs are recorded in the invoice and are to be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to deliver COD (cash on delivery) to customers with whom we have no regular business.
3.
Payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Bank interest rates will be charged for every day after the 30th where payment has not been received. If payment is made within 10 days 2% discount will be granted.
4.
All goods remain the property of Gutekunst until complete payment has been received.
5.
Delivery contracts are issued in Metzingen, and payment must be received in Metzingen. The court of jurisdiction is in Bad Urach in the case of any dispute concerning payment or non-payment, regardless of the amount of the disputed sum.
6.
Packaging costs are to be borne by the customer.
7.
We reserve the right to the interim sale of all listed springs.
8.
Any complaints which arise concerning the amount or quality of the consignment, or resulting from inadequate packaging must be made within 8 days of receiving the goods.
