The spring plug, also known as a spring cotter pin, is used as a universal limiting element for shafts and tubes. The spring plug is designed to be resilient and thus locks into the material in a self-locking manner. It can be detached and reused if necessary. CAD data is offered for each spring plug.

Spring plugs made of normal steel are lightly oiled after the thermal treatment. The stainless steel spring plugs are not treated any further after the thermal treatment.

The item prices are in the individual spring production, for smaller quantities up to 7 pieces, relatively expensive. As the number of inquiries increases, the individual metal springs become significantly cheaper.
After receipt of the order for the individual metal spring, the production time is approx. 3 - 5 weeks, depending on the spring material.
The dispatch takes place in Germany with DHL, in Europe with DHL or DPD. Outside Europe, we only ship with the customer's shipping account.
